Return & Exchange Policy

At Sheabyrd Design Lab, every piece is designed with intention and made to be worn for years to come. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We gladly offer free size exchanges for customers within the United States, subject to product availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right by providing:

  • A prepaid return label (if needed)
  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund if a replacement isn't available

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited edition releases
  • Collaboration collections
  • Clearance or discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing Final Sale items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming its status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Store Credit

Prefer to shop again?

Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
